Jelly . . . Fish, That Is

Made it down to one of my favorite places to shoot.  The aquarium.  Animals are fun for me to shoot. I go here quite a bit and take a lot of pictures, but had the opportunity to spend a lot of time in the jelly fish room.  Usually it's busy or there are small children running around and it makes it hard or I feel in the way.  Today the room was super quiet and I took advantage.  Could have easily stayed longer, but there are so many things to see . . . I'll be back.

I've always wanted to get a good shot of the octopus but with my old camera it was hard to get something even sort of decent.  Ever since I got my new camera I've been excited to give it a try but every time I've been to the aquarium he's been hiding.  Today he was out and clinging to the side wall.  Not the best location since the glare from other exhibits got in the way, but I got my first chance today.

I'm not satisfied, but it's a start.

Felt like it was such a long month, but looking back, the first few pictures of the month seem so long ago . . . How is that possible?
