Region VI Congress 2012

This is part of my "catching up" process!!  Last weekend was our annual regional gymnastics congress which was held in Providence RI this year.  It's something I look forward to every year, I always walk away with a few new ideas and drills to try out in the gym.  It's also a nice little bonding time between the coaches :) Even though we spend the majority of the day in conference rooms listening to lectures we did manage to find a little time to have some fun :)

It was a nice weekend, we learned a lot, and had a little fun along the way :)
